Fifteen year old Park Baer is bored of his perfect life. But his life will be forever changed when he finds the gorgeous Tara sleeping in his bed. Exotic-looking with long glimmering spirals of golden hair that seems alive and her eyes behind her sunglasses all the time (along wtih living with a hosue of statues). Parker keeps an eye on her, fascinated. Tara seems to pick students at the high school up and wraps them around her finger. But her "friends" start developing weird symptoms, like eating dirt and drinking gallons, literally gallons of milk! Only Parker knows what Tara is up to, and soon he seems to facing those cravings himself...can he stop her destructive game or will he be doomed under her spell forever.

I was slightly disappointed with this book, I mean it WAS good, but I didn't like it as much as Neal Shusterman's other books. I was also disappointed with the ending too. Though I DID like how they described Tara, and how interesting and strange her characteristics would be like in the future if ________ existed. (XD I'm not telling you WHAT she is).

Connor, Risa and Lev are running for their lives.

The 2nd Civil War was fought over reproductive rights. What was the resolution? Life for teens are safe until the age of thirteen. When between the ages of thirteen and eighteen, one's parents can have their child "unwound", that is when all the teen's organs are transplanted and given to other people, so life doesn't technically have to end. It like they are living in many different people. Connor is a delinquent. Risa is an orphan and is not worth being kept alive. Lev, a tithe, his fate of being unwound determined since birth as part of his parent's strict religion. Now together, they make a cross-country journey across the states, hoping they have the chance to escape and survive---And eighteen seems very far away.

I loved this book. Best book ever. This book was very well-written and detailed. Also, the story was told in an interesting way, in many people's point-of-view, instead of just one. I loved the ending XD. Everyone dies...Haha, just kidding. Maybe. You have to read to find out!

The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong

The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong

If you met Chloe a few weeks ago, you would probably thinks he was just a regular girl---someone normal. But her life has changed forever and is never going to be the same.

She's a living science expieriment. Not only can she see ghosts, she can also talk and bring them back to life. She was genetically altered by an organization called the Edison Group.

Now running for her life with three other supernaturalists, a charming sorcerer, a cynical werewolf and a disgruntled witch, she has to fund someone who can help...unless the Edison Group finds them first.

Ha, this is one of the first summaries in a long time I wrote in a long time! I'm proud of myself. This book was sooo good and I simply loved it! I loved reading about supernaturalists and stuff like that. All the characters are likeable (except for Edison Group of course!) and act like they are real! PS: This is the 2nd book in the series. The first one is "The Summoning"
